This mod adds many different features I feel fit within Minecraft's style while extending the progression system.

Features

NEW: Sculk Jaws

(I know the images here aren't working, don't think there's anything I can do)
Sculk Jaws are a new Sculk-related block that naturally generates in the Deep Dark biome, as well as generating when Sculk Catalysts create Sculk. Sculk Jaws can be placed on any side of a block, and when a Jaw senses an entity other than the Warden touching it, it'll trap that entity. Trapped entities will have their health sapped to grow more Sculk, and players will have their experience sapped before health. When a Jaw is powered with redstone signal less than 7, it won't sap health or xp; when the signal is 7 or greater, it won't grab onto any entities and will release anything currently grabbed. Items won't despawn when grabbed, and can't be picked up.

Iridium Islands

Iridium is a new material found exclusively on special islands found in the End, either floating high above terrain or at the same level as other small end islands. These islands contain some new blocks:

End Stone Switch

This block functions similarly to a lever, but it can only be toggled from one side. It can be crafted with End Stone Bricks and Redstone or found on Iridium Islands.

End Sand

This block looks and sounds similar to normal sand, albeit it does not fall when unsupported. When it's powered by any type of redstone signal, however, it will become ethereal, breaking any fragile blocks supported by it and allowing mobs or the player to pass through. If multiple End Sand blocks are connected in a chain, powering one will make the whole chain become ethereal as well, based on the level of redstone power.

Iridium-Specked End Sand

Buried under the End Sand on Iridium Islands one can find Iridium-Speckled End Sand. This block, when destroyed with a shovel, will drop 0-2 Raw Iridium, affected by Fortune.

Suspicious End Sand

Suspicious End Sand is another End Sand variant akin to Suspicious Sand and Gravel. When brushed, it will yield a random treasure item, including Diamonds, Shulker Shells, and Iridium Gear Blueprints.

Raw Iridium Blocks

Your main source of Iridium will be Raw Iridium Blocks. These can be found in small quantities under the End Sand on Iridium Islands. They can be mined with a Diamond or Netherite Pickaxe. They can also be crafted with and into Raw Iridium.

Iridium Gear

Smelting Raw Iridium Blocks in a Blast Furnace (not a Furnace) will yield Iridium Plating.

Upgrading

Using a relevant Iridium Gear Blueprint and an Iridium Plating in a Smithing Table along with a piece of Netherite armor or a Netherite tool will allow you to partially plate it with Iridium, marginally increasing its stats. Each tool and piece of armor can be plated as many times as the number of Diamonds you needed to craft the original item. Upon reaching this limit, the item will now be considered fully Iridium-Plated.

Socketing

In End Cities you can now find Socket Schematics for each Socket Type, of which there are five: Diamond, Emerald, Skull, Wither Skull, and Amethyst. Using a relevant Socket Schematic along with a fully-plated Iridium tool or chestplate and the correct item in a Smithing Table will allow you to Socket the Iridium item. Socketed Iridium gear will have different special abilities depending on which item was Socketed and which Socket was used.

Iridium Scepters

Using 4 Iridium Plating in a Crafting Table, you can craft an Iridium Scepter. Iridium Scepters don't do anything on their own, but they can be Socketed the same way other Iridium gear can. Each socket will give a different right-click ability.

Cooldown Enchantment

The Cooldown enchantment can only be applied to Socketed items with an ability that has a cooldown. It has a max level of 4. Any item enchanted with Cooldown will have its effective cooldown reduced, which is reflected in the item tooltip.

Brush Enchantability

Brushes can now be enchanted in an Enchanting Table. Additionally, a new enchantment Brush Efficiency has been added. Brush Efficiency V will allow you to brush blocks almost instantly!

Transmutation

You can craft four Transmutation Charges with four Glass Bottles, four Gunpowder, and one Diamond. When a Transmutation Charge is thrown onto certain items, they will be transmuted into other items at certain rates defined by recipes (these can be overridden in a data pack). It is highly recommended to use JEI (Just Enough Items) or a similar recipe-viewing mod to look at Transmutation recipes, because there is no recipe book.

JEI Integration

All recipes are visible in JEI by default, including Transmutation recipes.

Config

Almost everything is configurable! This includes various rates and cooldowns for Socketed items' abilities.
