Welcome to Automation.
Automation is a modpack crafted for those who want to build an empire, not a base.
Our Philosophy
This modpack is built to expand the way you play Minecraft. Instead of ending at the ender dragon, you end once you've mastered your production line. This modpack strived to provide complete automation of every task in the game, while never leaving you out to dry in content. We strive to keep at the bleeding edge of all included mods, which is why we update every mod to its newest version every single update. Every single mod in the pack is checked, allowing you to experience the game as mod developers intended.
What does it have, anyway?
Automation consists of a large genre of mods, from Create Mod, which is excellent for building contraptions, to CC: Tweaked which is crafted for those who like to get their hands dirty in programming. Oh The Biomes You'll Go provides colorful and extravagant biomes, paired with Terralith which brings breathtaking mountains and deep, lovely caves to Minecraft. This is all built to be performant as it comes with Rubidium, providing a smooth experience to even the most mediocre Lenovo Thinkpads.
Automation provides unmatched immersion, with the inclusion of Sound Physics Remastered for realistic sound and Lucent for better dynamic lighting. This isn't a modpack tossed together in a day because I wanted to push something out quickly, it's a modpack that has been in rigorous development and testing for months to provide long term stable and balanced gameplay.
The Server
While Automation has been specifically crafted to provide an unmatched singleplayer experience, the multiplayer one is somehow even better. play.automationmc.net is a server that runs both mods and plugins, to provide you with the best functionality, mixed with the best quality of life. No more will you have to cycle through dodgy servers running without an economy, a sub-par grief-prevention system that provides more problems than it actually helps, and suffer through a general lack of features. The future of modded servers is hybrid ones, and that is a standard I hope to cement.
The Community
Modpacks were never meant to be built by one person, which is why most mods provided were suggested in the discord server. By giving the community the same weight in each decision as myself, I feel confident that I can provide a modpack that people actually want, not just myself.
