Changelog
1.7.0 is a major update split into two parts; structures and food. The structure changes are due to the excellent work of ULSTICK, and completely replace the old cities with new ones, as well as adding the new Matter-Energy Research Lab and Oil Rig structures. The food changes replace Harvestcraft with Farmer’s Delight and Spice of Overhaul with Diet, creating a simpler and more immersive food system.
Migration Information:
Upon joining a world created before the update, the following changes will be made, permanently altering the game. I recommend backing up your world before loading the game on the new version in case there are migration issues.
- All items from the Harvestcraft series of mods will be removed upon world loading.
- Because most of the game’s food items will be removed, make sure you have a stable supply of non-Harvestcraft food before updating.
- It may also be a good idea to stockpile dirt so you can sieve for the new seeds after the update.
- All new cities that generate will be the updated type. This can result in generation errors for cities on the edge of generated terrain. I recommend deleting far away chunks from older worlds so you can regenerate them and explore the cities. Back up your world before doing this.
- Functional Storage is now deprecated and will be removed in 1.8.0. All items from the mod have been made uncraftable and players should migrate to Limited Barrels from Sophisticated Storage instead.
Added Mods:
- Diet
- The Diet mod replaces the previous nutrition system. Each food now has a tooltip showing what nutrients it gives you, split into 5 different food categories; grains, proteins, vegetables, fruits, and sugars. Each have different statistics and effects.

Sugars aren’t necessary since you can get your energy from other sources, but it can provide small bursts of energy. The meter has an extremely high rate of gain and loss and starts at 20%.
