The Mac M1 with fancy graphics and 16-Rendering works great, I was trying to push 120FPS but got locked up on 80 FPS. The FPS will vary depending on your computer and both video settings and enabled resource packs.

The Mac M1 runs the modpack smoothly at 30fps with max settings(even the useless options), but almost nobody uses those settings(unless they have a NASA PC or want to burn their PC)
