v4.0.3 - Various fixes once again and Wizard rework

This update removes Frostiful again and makes Wizard Progression more linear. Open Parties and Claims now also has a UI to make allying and making parties easier.

New Party UI!

• Press "P" to open the Opac UI and invite friends and allies there.

Changes

• Added more Compatibility to Ashen with mods such as JustHammers and Better Nether Items
• Removed Frostiful, it was added due to a mistake, sorry
• All Spell school Robes can now be crafted out of the Wizard Robes, making progression more linear
• Wands can now be made with the Wizard Staff and continuously upgraded, so you can keep your Staff and make it into Ekavar
• Added the Ability to manage who can use Waystones in claims, now being able to set to noone, allies, everyone and Party
• Removed an obsolete armor from the combat and Gear Questline
• Made the Kill the Ender Dragon quest in the Main Questline also give the Advancement in case the player somehow didn't get it
• Belt now takes Lanterns again
• Parties quest in the Getting started Questline now Mentions being able to use P to open the Party interface
• Fixed Dark Armor still being shown as needed for the Warrior Tier 3 Questline
• Made the Simply Swords Questline Progress-able without having to smelt in at least one Simply Sword
• Various small tweaks in the Questbook not worth mentioning
