Food/hunger-related HUD improvements

Fixes AppleSkin’s saturation display not updating immediately after using a spear lunge.

Always on saturation and exhaustion HUD visualization, with no language changes and a minimal layout. Not compatible with AppleSkin, remove AppleSkin first.
