This updates to Kiai's API v2, as v1 has been removed

This release doesn't have many public uses, but it adds the ability to set a custom server for the API with a hidden config option: base-url

This update is a full rewrite of the plugin, to support several new features, including Bonus Messages, Playtime XP, and new XP commands!

A full guide to all the new settings is in the config.yml file, which will be automatically migrated to the new version.
