Version checker update
When checking for updates (when starting the Velocity server), if a new version has been released, display a link to download it.
Due to changes in the version checker method, previous versions of the version checker may no longer function.
MiniMessage is supported.
If you write like <red>hub
, it will be displayed in red. See here for details.

bStats is now supported.
The game version is for all versions supported by Velocity 3.4.0-SNAPSHOT as it is added to the proxy server only. The game version must be specified and is specified, but see the PaperMC website for details.
Changed to generate configurations in a readable manner when generating new configurations.
If a config file already exists, it will not be formatted. Also, if you have formatted it yourself, it will not be changed without your permission.

The plugin will not work properly if the config version generated by the pre-config version is still present due to additional config config configurations. Please make a note of the description so that you do not forget it, and then delete it so that a new plugin can generate it.
