This is what happened when I saw C4Music but didn't like that it removes the Caves & Cliffs soundtrack, then saw Acclimate but didn't like that it doesn't bring back the full Caves & Cliffs soundtrack, instead adding songs from The Wild and Trails and Tales updates. This pack restores ONLY the Caves & Cliffs soundtrack. It's made with the assumption that you're using C4Music alongside it, but should work on vanilla Minecraft as well (not tested). If you're using C4Music, ensure this pack is above C4Music.

This pack is super lightweight because all it has is a sounds.json file (and the usual pack.mcmeta) that alters Minecraft's sound (well, specifically music) defs. All the music this pack "adds" is already in the base game.
