Added Fishing Skill level as bonus to the fishing rod strength

Added /pokefishing to show the player information on the fishing pokémon skill

Added some NBT data to keep track on player fishing experience, total fishes, shinies and level

Updated server logs

Fixed some incovenient behaviors

Fixed next level calculation from /pokefishing

Warning: Setting useCustomRods to false will alow you to play with th mod on server side only, this may write some warnings on the console, but it's not a crash.

Fabric is still in testing, let me know if you find any issues.
