Added a config value to use the vanilla level caps. This allows the mod to be easily used for its enchantment conflict removal and Too Expensive! fix, without allowing higher level enchantments.

Partial Custom Enchantment Support
With my current system, custom enchantments cannot be supported individually without hard-coding each of them. However, I have added an overarching toggle to the config that allows you to modify the cap of all custom enchantments at once. (Ex: you can allow EVERY enchantment to go up to level #, or leave them all at their defaults)
Bugfixes
Fixed a corner case where you would receive the Too Expensive! warning if overleveled enchantments were not involved in the combination, but the level cost was over 39.
Fix where renaming during an Enchantments Unbound operation would overwrite the enchantment levels to the vanilla cap.
1.21.5 Support (previously crashed untested)
Added support for serverside hard enchantment level caps.
Probably not perfect. I'll add more customizability/bugfixes when I get breaks from my other projects.
