Adds support for teleporting & creating multiple worlds.
Command Usage:
- Output mod version:
/mv version
- List all worlds:
/mw list
- Create world:
/mw create <id> <dim>
- Example:
/mw create testworld NORMAL
- Example:
/mw create testworld NETHER
- Example:
/mw create testworld END
