Complete overhaul of Jumppad, now looks a lot more like its Quake 3 counterpart.

Implemented 3 powerups:
- Haste - gives the player Speed and Haste vanilla effects
- Invisibility - gives the player Invisibility vanilla effect
- Quad Damage - gives the player 4x damage when firing Quake weapons
- Added Energy Shield mechanics (called Armor in Quake 3)
- Now ammo resets on death.
- Added ability to taunt.
- Improved player sounds menu.
- Now weapons can be fired with left click
- Pickups can be destroyed with the Tool item
