When a player dies in the void, a chest will be placed above the death coordinates.
Death coordinates will now be sent in the chat when a player dies, can be turned off.
Chests are now used before planks as a material on death.
Fixed dying from creepers not spawning the chest correctly.
Fixed the totem of undying functionality being incorrect when dying in the void.
Fixed Curse of Vanishing not being parsed correctly.
