Versioning

The versioning format is <MC-Version>-x.y(.z), where

MC-Version is the minor release version of Minecraft for which this version of SO is intended,
x is a mod list revision (adding/removing a mod),
y is the configuration revision (incremented each time a configuration customization is added or changed),
z is incremented if there is a version that contains only mod updates and otherwise few to no changes.

x.y.z is reset to 1.0.0 for each new MC version, as different MC versions are very likely to have different available mod sets.
