What's new
QuantuMiz Base
- Updated C2ME, Debugify, Fabric API, ImmediatelyFast
- Added link below the Modpack name on Main Menu
Developer note: As previously announced last week, the hyperlink is currently broken and the author is currently refusing to update their mod intentionally. Therefore until the fork of the mod arrives or at least the author officially updates their mod to latest release, we are using this alternative method until the solution is found. Thank you for your understanding.
- Added temporary override configuration file to override working mods to be run into newer version
- Overriden mod: Noisium
QuantuMiz: Competitive Edition
None.
Another minor update... *sigh* Mojang rly?
Once 3.4.0 gets released, there will be some surprises. Stay tuned!

July 27, 2025 update
So I have discovered that ModpackUtils that use Main Menu Integration costs a lot of work, as it works the same as Main Menu Credits with just easier configuration.
And unfortunately, this method still breaks the game. The author of MMC is intentionally not listening, and no one is willing to maintain a mod (plus no one is attempting to make a fork of it).
But thankfully, I have found the cause of the crash: If the mod expects a player object to exist during the click (perhaps to log interaction or open a tellraw-like URL), but the player isn't initialized yet (as you're on the title screen), it crashes.
Because of that, rather than removing it, I decided to keep the feature minimal and just put the direct link to the modpack below the name. (Although you cannot copy the link directly, sorry about that)
Unless the alternative arrives, I will be using this method until the foreseeable future. Sorry for the inconvenience.

What's new
GitHub Repository
- QuantuMiz-CE's repository is now merged into main QuantuMiz repository
Due to frequent confusion of the codebase, we have decided to merge the repository into one place. This way, there will be less possibility of the configuration mistakes and errors.
Version Scheme
Starting with 3.4.0 'Ptah', the rebase update will happen two times per year, such as Summer Drop and Winter Drop, instead of rebasing modpack when new feature drops gets released every time.
This change allows us to achieve both quality/stability and cutting-edge features at the same time, while presenting more time for mod developers to make the new version following with this policy.
Example: 1.21.4 → 1.21.6 → 1.21.8 instead of 1.21.4 → 1.21.5 → 1.21.6
Release Frequency
- Beta releases will now have 2 weeks frequency after first beta release (was 1 week)
- Stable releases will now have 4 weeks frequency after first stable release (was 2 week, reverted back to original)
QuantuMiz Base
- Rebased to MC 1.21.6 (This will be the last rebase until the Winter 2025 Drop)
- Updated most of the mods to 1.21.6 release
- Unavailable mods: Continuity, e4mc, No Chat Report
QuantuMiz: Competitive Edition
- Updated most of the mods to 1.21.6 release
- Removed SpeedFOVLimiter as Vanilla already have option to reduce FOV effects and there isn't any alternatives to use anymore
- Replaced Custom Block Highlight with Simple Block Overlay due to author's inactivity
Known Issue
- Crash when clicking on a text with hyperlink on main menu. The feature has been disabled until the bugfix patch is dropped. Refer to this issue for more details.
- Simple Block Overlay may not be working well with Iris Shaders, especially with Shaders enabled.
A minor update to keep things fresh. The author of Custom Block Highlight is unfortunately still working on an update, so it might take longer than before. You can still use this version as daily-use, so hope you enjoy the update.

- [Only applicable on first run] Controlify no longer asks you to download on first run (Thanks FO team!)
- [Only applicable on first run] Enabled back Dynamic Resources as EBE has been deprecated
- Add some variable on Mod Menu related to Update checker (May not be noticable for most players)
Skipped 3.1.9 update since 3.1.8 update was that version. Now it is 3.1.10 instead.
Additionally QuantuMiz EX is now part of QuantuMiz and will be discontinued for now. Since there wasn't many changes compared with QuantuMiz, we have determined that merging both would be beneficial instead. Note: Some of features like voice chat are only available on QuantuMiz CE.
For QuantuMiz CE, we also decided to deprecate IllusiveC4's mod due to lack of update. Although this could be uncomfortable for some of us, we had no choice but to replace with mod that is actively developed.
Also, 1.21.5 is confirmed and it is near the completion. With the next 1.21.5 release of Minecraft, you may expect the following thing:
- QuantuMiz for 1.21.1 will still receive update even the QuantuMiz 1.21.5 is out.
- QuantuMiz for 1.21.4 will be deprecated once QuantuMiz 1.21.5 is ready.
- Unlike before, QuantuMiz 1.21.4, QuantuMiz/QuantuMiz CE 1.21.1 will still receive mod/fabric loader updates while 1.21.5 pre-release phase are ongoing.
- QuantuMiz CE for 1.21.1 will be deprecated once 1.21.5 is released.
Next 1.21.5 codename will be called 'Orius', named after Minor Planet number 330836. Stay tuned for next pre-release!

Apologize for late release, my secondary PC has been malfunctioning recently and I had to send my secondary PC to the repair center outside of country twice(!). At least I was able to secure my data from the previous SSD card and I am happy to release this on my main PC again. Again, I am sincerely sorry for inconvenience and thank you for being patient while I was away :)
Notice: as we announced in previous release, Xander's Sodium Options are deprecated with this release. Due to recent changes to the Shaders menu that would make existing Sodium users being confused with the changes, we have made decision to revert back into Sodium style options.
Our intention to change menu into XSO was because of Reese's Sodium Options but with Minecraft-styled UI elements, however this is not a case anymore as XSO's update directions was more rather confusing to existing Sodium/Iris users.
Unfortunately current maintainer of XSO stated that they won't revert the changes that would cause confusion, so we have made decision to revert back to Reese's Sodium Options instead. We apologize for inconvenience.
