New features:

• Now able to send world id packets to Xaero's minimap mod, no longer requires installing Xaeros's minimap mod on server to make client identifying the server. Enable by setting "sendXaerosWorldId": true in config.json.
• Built-in English and Simplified Chinese translations, switch based on client's language setting.
• Allow importing translations from this mod's or plugin's config directory server_waypont/lang.
• New command /wp reload: reload command permissions and translation files.
• New command /wp tp: teleport the executor to a waypoint
