Add supports for Minecraft 1.21.3-1.21.4

Add supports for Minecraft 1.21-1.21.1

Now supports Minecraft 1.21.5 and 1.21.6

Add command suggestions for

• waypoint name
• waypoint list name
• name initials
• waypoint yaw

• Add /wp remove command to remove waypoint by name.
• Add buttons for editing and removing waypoint on waypoint list.
• Hover text of the waypoint in the overworld or the nether also shows the coordinate mapped to the other dimension.

• Add /wp edit to edit an existing waypoint.
• Bugs fixed.

• Now able to sync waypoints from server automatically.
• Click the waypoint listed to teleport.
