Devin's Overhaul

MOSTLY UNTESTED AND UNFINISHED ALPHA BUILD - we are in testing stages right now. I do not recommend using this in a production server. During these alpha builds the modpack will rapidly change, including content mods, so worlds could break if you use the alpha builds. Wait until there is a release version if you want to actually play/host the modpack. The modpack will no longer be unlisted when the stable version is available :)

Devin's Overhaul is a Create and Valkyrien Skies focused modpack with the aim of being relatively lightweight, minimal, and not change from the Vanilla experience too much. It is based on the Adrenaline modpack for a great boost in performance all around. It's meant to run well on most devices, even those on the low-end. Yes, I know the icon is bad, I did that on purpose.

Installation

If you're playing singleplayer, just install it into your launcher and play. If you want to host a server, use mrpack-install or packwiz-installer. You will need to add administrative mods manually, like permission management and logging features, as the pack does not include any by default. If you don't add any extra both-side mods, your players should be able to just download this modpack and join in. If you want voice chat to work for players, be sure to follow the SVC server setup guide. You may also be able to try using e4mc or World Host, but I'm not entirely sure if it'll fully work and I will not offer support if it doesn't.

World generation

  • There's also a companion mod included that increases the nether build height so that players can't get stuck above the roof
• YUNG's mods
  • A handful of awesome vanilla-like structures

• Adrenaline
  • Major performance boost using various mods like Sodium and Lithium
• A few client-side QoL mods, such as EMI and Jade
