About

Vanilla+ Collections is a resource pack that improves some textures and models which I felt like needed it!

It attempts to follow JAPPA's art style and is created with other resource packs in mind. My main goal is to simply make Minecraft look and feel prettier, livelier and more consistent. As such the main changes are made mostly to old, long-untouched textures. But it also includes quality of life and consistency improvements.

The pack currently features block and item retextures, GUI improvements, connected block textures, variable item textures and partial mod support.

Optional upgrades

Some features may require OptiFine or its alternatives - I'd recommend using CIT Resewn and Continuity. Resource pack is tested only with CIT Resewn and Continuity.

Recommendations

This pack complements any other 16x ones really well! Originally inspired by Stay True. My pack replaces some ideas there I disliked the execution of, like bookshelf textures. In the screenshots I use Complementary Shaders.
