- Fixed improper Base-Assault-Goal priority for mobs when a Base Assault is restored from save data.
Due to changes to Persistent State handling in 1.21.5, some custom data, like temporary spawn points, might not carry over from previous versions. Please restore these things manually if possible.

- Fixed mechanics depending on night/daytime not working correctly.
- Tuned max Base Assault wave size.
- Custom mobs now need the player within a certain range of their bed before they can target it.
- Builder Zombies now have a limited amount of blocks they can place.
- Tuned custom mob spawn weighting and max group sizes.
- The number of each non-standard mob (standard mobs are considered as zombies, skeletons, spiders and creepers) is now limited to five in base assaults. If a player has a generated wave not respecting this limit from a previous version, it will be updated to respect this change, without changing the total number of mobs in the wave.
- Standard mobs counts for generated waves are now more likely to be upgraded than in previous versions.
- Fixed Generated Waves not being saved once upgraded.
