"Minecraft: Order of the Stone. A Vanilla+ Modpack. Designed to merge Modern and Alpha gameplay with a mix of other Minecraft Media

Order of the Stone is a Vanilla+ Modpack designed around the near complete removal of structures. With missing mobs and items rearranged to different areas of the game. The pack also reworks combat to be neither old school or modern but instead similar to Dungeons.

Image showing that Blazes, Wither Skeletons, and Villagers themselves can still found in the world. "This pack is designed for old fashioned gameplay where you mine and craft in a truly empty world. There is no race to be the first to loot a place, and there isn't endless marches to find loot you need. Unlike similar packs that do this; Order of the Stone moves features associated with these structures to other areas of the game rather than cut them completely."

Why no Structures? This pack aims to combine old Minecraft and new Minecraft without removing actual content. Everything is player driven in the sense that progression is up to the players to mine and craft things. Not loot them! Additionally the pack uses True Darkness Refabricated to make the nights and caves spooky like they were back in Alpha.

"Custom Advancements. All advancements have been condensed into one page per dimension. Designed to give an idea of how to progress or provide some vague information that might not be too obvious.

Features three custom advancement trees so simplify the bulk of all the mods and vanilla ones into a chart that helps guide you through progression. Stuck or don't know a changed recipe? Try looking here or using the EMI search bar beneath your inventory to find the new recipe.

Additional Tidbits and Changes Information:

  • End Portals are craftable and moveable
  • Mob Spawners are craftable and moveable (with Silk Touch)
  • Horse Armors, Saddles, Heart of the Sea, and Echo shards are craftable
  • Cows always drop at least one leather
  • Sheep will not drop wool when killed
  • Blazes spawn in the Basalt Deltas
  • Wither Skeletons spawn in the Soulsand Valleys in place of regular skeletons
  • Netherite Ingots are now made from mixing two scrap and two gold ingots in a heated mechanical mixer
  • Netherite Upgrade Template is now dropped from the Wither
  • All other vanilla armor trims are now rare drops from fitting mobs
  • Piglins no longer have Ender Pearls in their barter pool but now have Nether Wart in its place. They also now have a rare chance to give the player Pigstep.
  • Sniffers can dig up the Relic Music Disc.
  • Husks drop gold ingots instead of iron ingots.
