Add-on library with bundled needed for some Plasmo Voice add-ons.

With this add-on warder and skulk sensors are triggered by proximity voice chat.

Server-side Plasmo Voice add-on. By default, whisper is half of the current proximity distance. You can change the percentage in the config.
