Fashionably Optimized

Fashionably Optimized is a customized fork of the Fabulously Optimized modpack, the key feature of which is the ability to run Fabric mods simultaneously with Forge mods thanks to the Sinytra Connector and its add-ons.

Fashionably Optimized is as good as Fabulously Optimized (despite the modpack being built on a different loader) thanks to Forge forks of modern performance mods such as Embeddium (Sodium), Oculus (Iris), Radium (Lithium), and the original Modern Fix, Immediately Fast, Ferrite Core, Entity Culling, and other mods.

Unlike Fabulously Optimized, which uses the Fabric mod loader, Fashionably Optimized uses NeoForge as its mod loader. But don't worry. The main feature of this modpack is the simultaneous use of both Fabric and Forge mods! Yes, yes, you heard me, it's true! You can use the modpack as a basis for adding your favorite mods.

Like Fabulously Optimized, Fashionably Optimized supports all OptiFine's features, including custom items, custom models, custom mobs, dynamic lighting, shaders, connected textures and overlays, and zoom. If your resourcepack specifies "requires OptiFine", it will likely work here as well. Long live Fresh Animations!

Fashionably Optimized includes the same features that will allow you to play Minecraft the way you remember. That means you can use game controllers, play local worlds with friends, share your achievements, and more.

Fashionably Optimized does not include content mods, so you can play in any world or on any server.

Fashionably Optimized is getting incredibly fast updates to built-in modifications and bug fixes, but can't update to new versions of Minecraft yet due to being tied to the version on which the Sinytra Connector is being developed. As soon as it's released to newer versions - we'll do the same!

Q: What mods does it have?

Q: But I don't need all these extra mods, can you remove them?

A: Our Reimagined alternative version of the modpack does not have these additional changes.

Q: I want to use Distant Horizons instead of Voxy, how do I do that?

A: We also have DH Support alternative version of the modpack with Distant Horizons.

Q: Do I need the modpack on the server?

A: No, the pack works on all servers that allow vanilla clients.

Q: One of the Fabric mods crashes the client!
