*RpgDifficulty is configured very differently from defaults. The effects are as follows:

Only scaling factor is distance from spawn, time played is ignored

New scaling does not take effect until 2400 blocks from spawn, increases quickly afterwards (every 200 further blocks from spawn), and only applies in the Overworld

Scaling improves:
    Enemy Max Health up to 250%
    Enemy Damage dealt up to 340%
    Experience Dropped by up to 400%
    Loot Dropped ("common", e.g. Rotten Flesh for Zombies, Arrows, Bones, Skulls from
    Skeletons) increased to a max of 100%

Important: scaling values are preliminary and will probably need balancing
