Fixed the bugs that made Cosmic Gates teleport you to the desired Dimension but not the desired coordinates + made the Cosmic Data of each player remain even after death.

Solidified the energy shield system in stone, it's now perfect
All Custodian/Tenebris energy shields now ignore damage randomly with a probability exponential to its strength. When not ignoring the damage, the shields are drained by the same amount of damage received instead of double the damage like the other tiers
Repurposed the "Energy Shields Bugfix" keybind, made the other two Debug keybinds' purpose transparent. Be not afraid
