⚠ WARNING: This modpack is not exclusive to Fabric, it only uses Fabric to automatically add data packs to the world's datapacks
folder. However, it works perfectly with any other mod loader, even vanilla.
A lightweight modpack that doesn’t add any mods, only datapacks, to expand and tweak Minecraft’s gameplay.
Perfect for players who want new mechanics and features without losing the vanilla feel.
Features
Terrain Generation
Blooming Biosphere & Tectonic & Custom Biome Saplings
This worldgen enhances biome details and atmosphere while keeping the vanilla look. It overhauls all biomes, adds 7 new ones, and includes features like fallen logs, better trees, stone cliffs, and improved biome placement.
You can also regrow custom trees with vanilla saplings, or hold crouch to grow regular vanilla trees instead.
The goal is to make The End more interesting and fun to explore, without out-of-place blocks, and with terrain shaped for easy traversal using ender pearls, avoiding the need to place excessive blocks to move forward.
New features and structures to the vanilla Nether. It improves three existing biomes — Nether Wastes, Crimson Forest, and Warped Forest — and introduces two new structures: the Crimson Tower and Warped Tower.
Mechanics
You can easily display items on hanging signs. Simply place a glow or normal item frame on a hanging sign, then add the item you want to showcase.
Blasting/Smoking Plus & Colored Dyeing
All of these items can already be smelted or cooked in a furnace in vanilla. Now, they can also be processed in the Blast Furnace and Smoker!
You can also redye colored blocks using the crafting table!
Disable Too Expensive & Nadir (only Soulbind)
Removes the Too Expensive message from items and anvils! Just select the item with your cursor to clear the message.
New enchantment: Soulbind — keeps the item safe on death and returns it to you after respawning. Can be applied to almost any item, but it’s incompatible with Curse of Vanishing.
- Assigns effective tools to blocks that normally don’t have one (e.g., pickaxe for glass, axe for cactus). Blocks meant to have no effective tool, like powder snow, reinforced deepslate, and vault blocks, are excluded.
- Use a stonecutter to select different painting variants.
See the contents of your Chiseled Bookshelves without removing the books! Stand still and look at a book inside to view its name.
Vanilla Refresh | Standalone
- Adds dynamic sound effects and light particle animations when crafting items, heard by you and nearby players.
- Includes an RPG-style day counter that appears at the start of each Minecraft day with a typewriter effect and sound.
Place an enchanted book on a librarian’s lectern, and their first or second book trade will change to match it.
Villager book trades are random up to Level 3. To get Level 4 or 5 trades, you need to first obtain the book and use the custom trade mechanic. Combining two books on an anvil can also upgrade their level.
Librarians don’t trade Mending by default, so players must find it in the world (End Cities or Ancient Cities). Once obtained, placing it on a lectern allows trading for more.
Shows the custom name of shulker boxes above them when placed, making it easier to organize builds or manage farms.
Mobs
All shulkers drop 2 shells when defeated.
Stop your horse (or any rideable entity with a saddle) from wandering away, otherwise, it could be thousands of blocks away in just a few minutes!
If you remove the saddle while riding, the feature stops working. But if you remove it after dismounting, your mount will stay exactly where you left it.
Fireballs shot by ghasts will still damage entities on impact, but will no longer break blocks.
Overhauls the vanilla Ender Dragon. Fight a much stronger dragon with increased health, new attacks, and new phases that progressively raise the challenge.
Structures
A overhauls chambers by improving weak spots and polishing the gameplay for a more handcrafted feel. It stays close to vanilla chambers but adds many small changes that make the experience richer.
Dungeons and Taverns (and all add-ons except Woodland Mansion Replacement, Stronghold Overhaul LITE edition and End Castle Standalone)
A structure datapack that adds new buildings and dungeons to explore. These structures are designed to blend naturally into the vanilla world.
Addons include:
- New buildings and alarm towers in the ancient city.
- Desert temples with new rooms, husks, and traps.
- Jungle temples with new rooms, boggeds, and archaeology.
- Updated Nether fortress with new parts.
- Ocean monuments made bigger and rarer, with puzzles and treasure rooms.
- New towers and more loot at pillager outposts.
- A large stronghold with many new rooms.
- Swamp huts with different styles, loot, and decorations.
Hopo Better Mineshaft & Better Ruined Portals & Better Underwater Ruins

- Explore mysterious Overworld ruins left by Piglins. Loot includes obsidian, trimmed armor, weapons, and rare treasures like banners, potions, mob heads, and sherds.
