Press +

Click "From File" and select the downloaded modpack.

Once downloaded, click on "Play"

Download and install latest version Fabric Loader or Quilt Loader.

In the launcher in installation select the downloaded version with Fabric.

You need to convert the file from .mrpack to .zip with the converter

Move the mods folder from the archive to the .minecraft folder
