HQOL is a Simply Optimized-based modpack designed to provide excellent performance while maintaining a fantastic FPS experience. This pack was primarily built for single-player enjoyment but also functions well on multiplayer servers, The modpack is on the Opinionated Queer License v1.2.

Any and all feedback is welcome except for questions like "Why isn’t [insert game changing mod here] in the modpack?" HQOL and HQOL-lite aren’t meant to feel heavily modded; they’re designed to offer a vanilla-like experience with a few tweaks that I feel the base game is missing.

Versioning & Derivative packs

Version Format: [MC Version]-<x>.<y>.<z>

  • x – Major modpack revisions (e.g., adding/removing mods)
  • y – Minor modpack revisions (e.g., configuration updates or tweaks)
  • z – Very minor revisions (e.g., mod version updates)

x.y.z is reset to 1.0.0 for every new MC release
